Based on our experience in managing wedding halls and restaurants before Covid, we have been managing a nursing home in the suburbs of Nantong with our local partner and the Jiangsu Provincial Government.
The facility is staffed by a Japanese medical director and Chinese staff trained in Japanese facilities, and provides a safe living environment and Japanese-style attentive care for the elderly, including meals, health care, and daily living support. We have created a place where the elderly can live with dignity through various events and programs.
The concept is to provide high quality Japanese hospitality and the added value of safety and security through Japanese management, and in consultation with the government, we have managed the facility for three years with the basic motto of providing comfort to residents without destroying local customs and culture and without imposing Japanese hospitality services.
