We have been working with farmers to export fresh and frozen strawberries from Kanto(one of the best strawberry place) to the Asian region.
Due to the short shelf life of fresh strawberries, we needed to transport them quickly. Therefore, we chose to use airplanes to transport strawberries to Hong Kong. The use of airplanes made it possible to transport the strawberries quickly while maintaining their freshness.
On the other hand, we needed a radiation inspection certificate, so our challenge was to find farmers who would be willing to provide us with samples. We worked with three farmers to obtain the radiation test certificates. With their cooperation, we were able to meet the strict requirements and export strawberries.
This achievement is of great significance as a successful example of how to expand local agricultural products overseas. It also highlights the fact that cooperation and collaboration with farmers is essential to realize this project.
We will continue to maximize the value of local agricultural products and develop our business with an international outlook. Our goal is to expand exports while maintaining quality and freshness, while placing importance on cooperation with the local community.
